To advance our mission, SiTEL has three service lines: Simulation Training, Online Training and our Software House. Two service lines, Online Training and Clinical Simulation, are the delivery platforms for our solutions and services. The third service line—Software House—plays a supporting role. This service line develops advanced training solutions for Simulation and Online Training. Interdisciplinary, functional project teams are created employing individuals with simulation, online training and software development expertise.
We are always seeking energetic individuals who want to build learning organizations; enjoy helping others work in online training environments; and who have subject matter expertise in healthcare, emergency services, government, defense or education. Our two professional tracks are Account Services and Instructional Content Development. The role of Account Managers is to increase organizational use of the learning management system and improve training’s return on investment for our clients. Our Instructional Content Development Team helps experts create instructionally valid courses that improve workforce performance.
We are interested in creative individuals who enjoy teaching and training the healthcare workforce in a fun and immersive setting, and who have significant clinical experience. We offer two professional tracks that include Operations Management and Simulation Education. Multi-site operations are led by Master Planners. Local Operations Managers and Simulation Technologists manage a center’s operations and programs respectively. Simulation Educators provide MedStar experts with the instructional expertise to develop training scenarios. Central to scenario design is its alignment with business needs: improve business outcomes and increase safety.
We are interested in innovative individuals who can create education and training applications; visualize the future of healthcare training; and specialize in the following areas: game programmer; 3-D artist, GUI designer, Android mobile platform, and content management system programming. The three tracks are C++ and Java Developers, Art Developers and Web Developers. These three tracks are based on major technology specializations needed to create technology-based training platforms.
