AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION COURSES

Our courses follow the guidelines established by the American Heart Association (AHA). Our AHA course offerings are built from scenarios that offer immersive, hands-on training with Laerdal’s SimMan. SimMan is a portable and advanced patient simulator for team training. SimMan has realistic anatomy and clinical functionality. We begin AHA courses in the classroom, and then move into a simulation environment with SimMan. When using SimMan, students work in a team to develop the critical thinking skills required to be proficient in the following courses.
