Our simulation centers come to life with SiTEL’s real world courses.  Our programs serve the continuing education needs of physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, patient care technicians and allied health personnel. We currently offer over 150 different courses in our clinical simulation centers. Using SiTEL learning management system, our centers share the same course catalog: universal design and course transferability between the centers is a central feature.

WE have trained over 10,000 participants in our clinical simulation centers, we understand how to design training. While there are universal training needs, some simulation centers need custom courses and, possibly, customized training devices and tools. We offer a wide variety of innovative technologies, training methodologies, and blended learning strategies. Every facet of our program is tracked and managed via our learning management system. Our education and training covers four distinct categories of learning:

Cognitive Skills Development: Focuses on development of diagnostic decision making skills, performance of patient assessment and critical thinking.

Psychomotor Skills Development: Focuses on training practitioners in procedural skills such as Central Line Insertion, Lumbar Puncture, Insertion of a Transvenous Pacer, etcetera.

Communication Skills: Focuses on training practitioners to communicate effectively with other medical practitioners, patients or patient families. Some examples include Breaking Bad News, Disclosure of a Medical Error or Practice of Informed Consent.
