GTUNS103 Nursing Assessment

This course is designed as an opportunity for participants to practice assessment skills, documentation skills and communication skills. This simulation includes patient conditions for assessment purposes. The nursing student assesses a static patient case utilizing a high fidelity simulator and must identify abnormal assessment findings while performing a head to toe assessment.
